The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Come enjoy your stay in our 1900 sq ft 19thcentury restored stone barn. We’re 15 minutes from Sight and Sound and the shops at Strasburg. With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Large solar heated pool for summer fun! Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. Pet allowed large property with room for everyone to stretch their legs. Private space all to yourself, with parking and seperate entrance. AC, queen bed, foldout couch, microwave, Keurig coffee, mini stove and mini fridge. There is a bathroom with necessary toiletries, sink and large walk in shower. Amish style sticky bun, fruit and juice will be provided for breakfast.
