The house has its own compound at the front and is located in a safe gated community in Winam Estate so security is good. Very chilled out and quiet neighbourhood I must say. Easy and convenient access to Kisumu CBD and shopping malls around Kisumu in any direction. Ideally... Home away from home.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations to the point where Im happy to say that this place has now become our Kenyan home! we can't wait to return. George, Pharey and their family who live on site to maintain the property are exceptional people. It’s a 10/10 and words aren’t enough to describe how amazing our stay was. The place is exactly how it is on the app, easily accessible and very clean. The host is amazing i.e., has great communication skills, adjusted our stay depending on our preferences and also had the best recommendations for our needs. It’s my option 1 go for when one needs some family time away from home.

Daisy was a great host, who was very flexible and allowed me to check in very early in the morning at 8.00 am. She was also very responsible and proactive and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern touches and well equipped with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. It is also very clean and neatly kept, with someone who can come to clean every day or when needed. Really great value for money. I couldn't recommend this place enough and would definitely book again.

this studio always works for me. and very spacious. being in CBD the location is convenient for my business activities in town. While it's busy outside, indoors is ideally quite for desk work.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood. We felt welcome, right from the gate. Our caretaker was there to meet us and show us around, and went the extra mile of helping us ferry our luggage. The house was clean, with good amenities. We particularly enjoyed the living room and entertainment center. We hope to be back!
