Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Mökissä on lämmitysmuotona sähkölämmitys, puuhella, sekä takka. Sauna lämpiää puilla, joka sijaitsee myös samassa rakennuksessa. Kulku saunaan on terassin kautta. Vesi saunaan haetaan joesta sankoilla ja lämmitetään puulämmitteisesti saunapadassa. Kohteessa on oikein siisti ulkovessa, jossa ei ole lämmitystä. Avanto joessa auki talvella.

Traditional Finnish sauna and lovely fireplace gives you athentic Lapland atmosphere! Cottage has two bed rooms and open loft upstairs. Master bedroom has one double bed, second bedroom has two sigle beds. Upstairs, at the loft, there are two double beds and 6 single mattresses to spread on to lofts floor.
