Det är 2 minuters promenad till en närbutik och lokaltrafik (buss 12 till Malmö city och 16 till Malmö Hyllie som tar er enkelt vidare med tåg till Malmö city, Lund, Helsingborg eller till Köpenhamn och övriga Danmark). Med bil tar det 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset.

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.
