This studio apartment is ideal for a getaway to the Columbia River Gorge- hiking, biking, wine tasting, fishing the Columbia or Klickitat Rivers, hunting or extended stay for local contractors. Located on 35 acres in the rural community of High Prairie, the owners are part of the region's ranching tradition and sustainable farming practices. The property includes a walking trail, 8 hole frisbee golf, farm animals, farm fresh eggs, and ranch raised beef.

Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on site. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Now it’s been reimagined as a mid century modern-inspired tiny home, with whimsical painting details from one of its former lives and fresh new handmade details that make it a cozy, inspiring stay. This beautiful one room cabin is nestled up against Conboy Wildlife Refuge near Glenwood, WA and provides a stunning view of Mt Adams, especially from the hot tub or your comfy bed. Deer, turkeys, and herds of elk are commonplace in this nature's wonderland. Enjoy an outdoor shower after a hike, bike ride, or a day in the woods!
