Restaurant und Geschäfte befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Gästehauses. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in ca. 12 min. Nella circostanza della Casa si trovano ristoranti.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

El acogedor apartamento 16 está situado en Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, cerca de Bolzano/Bozen, y es un punto de partida ideal para explorar tanto la ciudad como las hermosas montañas del Tirol del Sur. El apartamento de 50m² consta de un salón, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño, por lo que tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Spazioso e accogliente monolocale, con letto matrimoniale e divano letto nella zona giorno, completamente ristrutturato. Ideale per 2, ospita comodamente anche 3. Ricavato dall'antica stalla unisce il fascino dell'antico con i comfort più moderni. Patio privato all'ingresso dell'appartamento che si affaccia direttamente sulla corte del maso. I cani sono benvenuti, il loro soggiorno è soggetto a un supplemento pari a € 15,- a notte, da saldarsi alla partenza.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
