Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Please do not order food to be delivered. Check in 6pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Use this as your base as you explore the trails on Mt Tam or hike the Dipsea. An ideal location if you are attending an event in Mill Valley. Park your car and walk everywhere. The private entrance is up stairs from the street, not wheelchair accessible. No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed on premises.
