We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Отличная квартира, подходит на долгосрок! Чистая, просторная, нет ненужной мебели, хороший интернет, ванна, стиральная машина и сушка, небольшой балкон с видом на джунгли. Мы чувствовали себя как дома :) Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - отзывчивые работники, готовые помочь при любой проблеме. Небольшое пожелание - купите в квартиру хотя бы самый дешевый и маленький пылесос. Если гости остаются больше, чем на неделю, он им, вероятнее всего, понадобится :)) Если вы, как и мы, остаетесь надолго, пылесос можно попросить на первом этаже)

Great location for old town Phuket 👌 close to 7 supermarket and Limelight! Also for Sunday night market. And also there is a shuttle bus to airport every hour just in front of the 7/11 supermarket, it is very convenient to get to airport very cheap! Bus 8411.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to help with any queries. The location is just perfect — walking distance to the downtown market and the airport bus stand, which made commuting super easy. There are tons of food options around, including local eateries, a 7-Eleven, and a Tops supermarket nearby. The apartment itself felt just like home — cozy, clean, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The view from the place was a lovely bonus, and it was so peaceful despite being close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

We stayed at the Phuket Avenue Condominium apartment for 7 nights. It was an excellent base to explore the south of the Island. The apartment is located on the fringe of the old town, takes 10 minutes to walk into old town. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. There was everything that we needed for our stay including the washing machine. Beds were comfortable and bed and bath linen were clean and comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. We didn’t use the pool area. Communication with Onusa was excellent and checkin/out was seamless. With regards to location of the apartment it’s a 5 minute walk to the Phuket Indy night market and to Tops daily Limelight Phuket Supermarket. We took the Food Tour with Viator and we’d highly recommend. We ate in some incredible restaurants including One Chun Cafe & Restaurant, 128 Bistro & Cafe, Lock Tien - Phuket local food center. We explored Phi Phi islands and James Bond Island with Viator. Recommended a hike up Monkey Hill!

I stayed at Au Place for 4 days and really liked it. Everything I needed was there. I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next trip — highly recommended!:)

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Хозяйка дома очень внимательная и гостеприимная. Отличное расположение дома с собственной парковкой и приветной территорией. Дом очень чистый, все было без нареканий, все работало. Кухня большая и снабжена всем необходимым. Все комнаты были просто огромными и ещё раз повторюсь, чистыми. Для нас локация была очень хорошая, мы были на машине, рядом есть большой торговый центр и прямая дорога на все важные для нас локации. Очень рады, что посетили дом Ли, мы ей очень благодарны.

The house is beautiful than we expected at first. Everything is very clean and new. Hosts and Staffs were very kind and polite. We really had a wonderful time staying at the place. ❤️❤️

Amazing place to be with your friends and family. The place is spacious and such a serene view to look at. Very clean and Alex was so nice and helped us with all our travel. Location was pretty good, Ao Nang beach and all necessities were available within a 20 minute radius. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed till now. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stay in Krabi.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Alles kwam overeen met de foto’s, wat altijd fijn is. Ik had vooraf geen Google Street View bekeken, dus ik had me de omgeving heel anders voorgesteld, maar dat was eigenlijk helemaal niet erg. Het was alsnog een positieve ervaring met hele vriendelijke buren. De woning was over het algemeen schoon en comfortabel. Een scooter of auto is wel echt aan te raden, want het ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen van Old Town. Als je daar rekening mee houdt, is het een prima plek om te verblijven. Al met al een goede ervaring!

The most beautiful view you could ever have! And the most gracious host possible! This is a gem of a place, a very special opportunity to see another world and escape into nature and away from the crowds. The host organized a perfect day boat trip for us and another day trip close by to some natural springs for swimming. The prices he gave us were extraordinary, so much value for so little! We felt so touched by our hosts welcoming manner! The highlight of our whole stay was Baw’s cooking. Best food we have had yet during our 2 months in Thailand. Fish was incredible and made with such care and expertise! Don’t miss it! One thing to know for longer stays, is there is not an easy place to regularly swim and there is only one restaurant (though very good) within walking distance). All in all, a top notch stay in a magical place. Don’t hesitate to come here! Our kids loved it too!! Thank you Baw!!🙏

A great place as expected. However, the host and his/her team are super accommodating during checking in and out. Mr. Paisan was even kind enough to help sending some of our stuff back via EMS. The place is very convenient for us to commute into downtown for local food and vibe and close to a few picturesque points.

Kwan Was the best host ever. she addressed all of my needs promptly and assisted when I was pickpocketed for my telephone and had no means of communication. I had to cut my trip short by 2 weeks and she was nice enough to take me to the airport and help out in every way imaginable. I recommend anyone going to Phuket to stay at Kwan's place, Laticia Mansions. I went to bed looking at the mountains and woke up looking at the mountains and I had an opportunity to experience the true Thai culture. lots of restaurants and 7-Elevens and shopping near her place.

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great place for traveling as a group, we really lucked out with it being available! Amazing views from the balcony and tons of places to eat around an amazing beach less than 3 min walk away. Great stay all around!

The condo is small but it's really nice and peaceful. it has an amazing city view and the swimming pool in the last floor which brings you right away to the fantastic city view. I would go book again next time I want condo. The issue is a little far from beachs.

Faii’s apartment is small, but nice and looks just like photos. The kitchen is well equipped, there are a lot of useful stuff like food containers or adapters. There are no amenities like soap or dish washing gel, you have to buy it yourself. The biggest disadvantage of the apartment, which is not Faii’s fault, is the construction of a new condo right under the windows. They work from 7 am (sometimes pretty loud) till 5-6 pm on Mon-Sat. We were staying in Faii’s apartment for 3 weeks, so in general we liked this experience. The condo itself is very good: big pool and nice coworking with good wifi where we could work.

Thomas provided outstanding service. The home was beautiful, within walking distance to the beach, and when we had an issue with the TV late at night, Thomas messaged me first thing in the morning. By 7:35 a.m., we had a new TV. He had clear communication, replied quickly, and even provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. Highly recommended
