The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Raven's Roost Lodging - Parkside House

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Captivating Coastline 2 BR Retreat wth Ocean View

Located on Spruce Cape Rd., this second floor apt is unattached from the main house and sits on a little more than an acre of land in a family-friendly neighborhood. It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. This property is shared with a local family of six, who live in the main house, a friendly lab mix, and a plethora of local songbirds that greet you with every new day! Just like most things here, we are 5-10 minutes away from all local amenities.

Fisherman’s Cove

Climb aboard and get cozy in this beautiful little “village house” in the heart of town. This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout. Amenities include WiFi, television, washer, dryer, propane stove, selection of coffee, teas and everything a single or couple needs to stay comfortable & relax during your stay in Kodiak.

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
