Die Unterkunft war für 2 Tage einfach perfekt. Das Haus war mehr als geräumig und bei Nacht und klaren Himmel einfach nur wunderschön. So viele Sterne wie schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Die 2 Tage konnten wir für die Felsen, Höhlen und zum ausruhen nutzen. Clive war mehr als freundlich und hat auch immer schnellstens geantwortet. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, da es auch für 8 - 10 Leute funktioniert.

We loved staying at Kate’s. Mingling with the other people camping/glamping in the communal areas was great. The house was perfect for our group.

Perfect location to get away from the city life! It has an English feel to it, filled with lots of character! We were greeted by two very friendly dogs. I'd love to stay again in winter so I can use the huge log burner!

Forest Lodge is the perfect get away for large groups. Huge kitchen, well equipped with anything you would need to feed an army. And great, cosy lounge. We were worried the bedrooms would be cold, but by following the instructions all went well and we were all toastie… no snow for us this time, but we look forward to coming back again next year! quiet little cottage that had everything we needed. well stocked and Sarah even prepared extra food (if we needed it, with an honesty box). charming! kumara is a small one street town.

Such a gorgeous spot. Throughly enjoyed our stay, if peace and quiet is what you're after then t his location is perfect. Fully fenced section so perfect for dogs. Comes with a cheeky wee Weka family and a cute friendly fantail. Home now feeling recharged and we will definitely return. Many thanks. M & T Enright

The perfect stay for our 2 nights in Hokitika. Just down the street from the main area. House was clean and well appointed. The ping pong table was a hit with our kids and great for when it rained. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again!!

Really happy to have chosen Claire’s place in Hokitika. Heaps of space and very comfortable and easy to communicate. Hokitika is a great place to spend a couple of days- unique and a real surprise in so many ways.

We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful spot when hunkering down on the rainy days, close to town but with a feeling of being away from it all, ocean view and space to spread out. Claire was incredibly accommodating with our families needs and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend at least 2 days.

Terrific accommodation, real atmosphere. Underfloor heating in the bathroom even. Great place to stay for skiing or biking the mountains behind. Beautifully restored main house. Worth booking dinner at the property. Stately breakfast, in style.

A lovely spot in the countryside to wait out the weather during our fishing trip of the South Island. The doggies loved the fenced section too!

Absolutely stunning, comfortable home in gorgeous surroundings. The outdoor bath was a winner and Lisa was so helful and fast to reply. I stayed at Lisa's with four friends over Christmas and everyone absolutely loved it. Highly reccommend, andvwould love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Hokitika, made even better by having such an exquisitely decorated, clean and functional place to stay and relax. We would go back to Dalton Cottage in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Sailors catch and Claire the host was great with communication and sent us a great place for lunch. The views of the beach and sunset were awesome and we will be back to stay in the future 👍

What a stunning house! I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s perfectly located near Castle Hill rocks and a charming, cozy village. I highly recommend Robert’s house if you’re planning to hike in Arthur’s Pass. Everything was clean, fresh-smelling, and well-kept — no musty or muddy odors at all. A truly wonderful place to stay!

Charmante petite chambre chez Karen et Nigel. Un coucher de soleil magnifique à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous avons été acceuilli chaleureusement. Le lieu est calme et reposant ! Le jaccusi était à bonne température pour se détendre quelques minutes !

Lovely cheap, cheerful and cozy little pop top. Good kitchen set up. Spa next to pop top which is shared with other guests. Great hosts!
