Appartement tres chouette dans le coeur de la ville historique. Très belle vue sur l'église et la campagne. Très bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Grande chambre parentale lumineuse. Possibilité de se garer juste devant. Linda est très accueillante et réactive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment is far nicer in person than the photos show. It’s a really lovely space and a great location for our visit. Highly recommend.

Ubytování bylo skvělé! ❤️ Super domluva i umístění přímo v centru Kutné Hory. Ubytování bylo čisté, nebyl problém ani s pejskem. Parkování kousek od ubytování. Krásné večerní procházky, v noci klid. Děkujeme a určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Host were super friendly and nice. We enjoyed the garden a lot, spacious, private with lots of fruits, we especially liked picking raspberries and pears every day. Apartment has great location, right in the downtown. Furniture is very vintage style, hundreds years old house itself so perfect for anyone who likes history.

Nice place located in very calm area. Petr and his family are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Paní Jana byla skvělou hostitelkou, velmi promptně komunikovala a byla ve všech ohledech nesmírně ochotná. Před odjezdem jsme od ní dostali velmi přesné instrukce a byt nám na dálku zpřístupnila ihned po našem příjezdu. Celý pobyt byl naprosto skvělý, byt vypadá ve skutečnosti ještě mnohem lépe než na fotkách! Byl velmi čistý, bylo tam vše potřebné, včetně výborné kávy ke kávovaru a dokonce jsme měli k dispozici k půjčení 3 jízdní kola, která jsme sice nevyužili, ale byl to skvělý bonus k pobytu! Pohodlné postele, velmi příjemný balkónek s výhledem na kolonádu, prostě nádhera! Lokalita bytu hned u kolonády, přesto však ve velmi v klidném prostředí, byla pro nás dokonalá! Všude jsme došli pěšky, paní hostitelka nám doporučila výborné podniky kam zajít na večeři i na snídani. Určitě se ještě vrátíme, Poděbrady nás naprosto uchvátily. A určitě se budeme snažit zarezervovat si opět toto ubytování!

Čistý byt v nové zástavbě. Jako velké plus oceňuji vlastní parkovací místo. Majitelka aktivně komunikuje a není problém se na něčem domluvit.

Velmi příjemný přístup a komunikace.

Apartmán byl čistý, se skvělou polohou. Přes zprávy s námi komunikovala spoluhostitelka Petra, ktera nám vždy pohotově odpovídala. Víkendový pobyt jsme si moc užili.

Beautiful stay! The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. The elevator was temporarily out of order but the host made sure to help us with our bags which was greatly appreciated. I loved this place so much and had an amazing by stay. The rooftop view and hot tub were so fun. Comfortable room situation and great amenities. Would definitely recommend!!

Magnus’ place was an excellent base for seeing central Prague. We walked everywhere. The space is great, beautifully kept and a lovely historic building. Really well kitted out and very comfortable. We had a great check in experience with Monika who went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we knew where everything was, how to work the building locks etc. We also really appreciated the offer to arrange our airport taxis, which was really helpful when travelling as a group of 5. Thank you!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Off Spa. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war super und auf Nachfragen, wie Tips für Prag wurden super schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. 10/10 Unterkunft !

It was by far the BEST choice me and my family did with Airbnb. The place is AMAZING, clean, next to all the interesting areas, restaurants, pubs, shops... If you whana be home in Prague, this is the place to be! I absolutley recomend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay, and Heinrich was very helpful! The location is a walk distance from the city center, but still is very quiet.

My stay at this apartment in Prague was absolutely lovely. The space is clean, stylish, and very well-maintained—just like in the photos. It’s in a great location, close to public transport, shops, and plenty of great spots to eat and explore. Check-in was super easy thanks to clear instructions from the host. Even though we didn’t meet in person, communication was quick and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made the apartment feel welcoming and comfortable. Perfect for both short and longer stays—I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Prague. Highly recommended!
