This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

We offer a spacious lower floor suite in a bright home located high on a hill with expansive views of the Coeur d'Alene valley and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Our home is 5 minutes from the CDA lake and CDA Resort Golf Course and 10 minutes from downtown. Sunrises and sunsets are daily visual treats. The neighborhood is spread out, quiet and traffic is sparse. Hosts live on the upper floor and are available to offer assistance, friendly interaction or full privacy as guests desire.

Private Entrance Suite W/Kitchenette & Patio

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

THE quintessential summer bungalow for downtown bike rides, evening walks to the wine bar, music by the huge gas fire pit. The Bungalow is located just 2 block off of the main downtown street( Sherman). The chefs kitchen is perfect for the foodies wanting to create the perfect meal. THINGS TO NOTE This is a quiet neighborhood. This house is for 2 guests, no parties, no exceptions. If you want to have a guest or two over during the day. But not more than 2.
