The best service apartment in Pune according to me. The property was well maintained, location is amazing. All major supermarkets and restaurants are at walking distance. Very cooperative and responsive staff. Good wifi, a kitchen that has almost everything you need, and well furnished rooms. It's proximity to major areas and IT parks is an added advantage. Highly recommended for long and short stays. It was a wonderful experience being a guest with One Cozy Stays.

Had a wonderful and cozy stay at V’s property. The view from the window is amazing - direct view of baner hill. The host is super friendly and helpful with any potential need that one may have. Had a hassle free experience with everything. Would absolutely recommend staying with V to anyone.

Wonderful experience. I loved the calm environment of this flat. While having buzzling city-life nearby. Also: The facilties this apt offers (washing machine, towels, water filter etc.) were really useful. Helps you travel with less baggage. The kitchen is fully equiped. Didn't have enough time to try it all out. I was very happy with the spices I found! Thanks Shailendra for your caring ways.

It was a pleasant one night stay. Place is kept clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean. It is as shown in the photos, no surprises. Everything required for a comfortable stay is available. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils to do full cooking. Breakfast was provided to us on request. Groceries, restaurants, all shops are at walking distance.

Very nice place with superb 24 by 7 room service. The location is wonderful and the staffs are very polite and professional. I will like to come again at this stay .

I had a wonderful experience staying at Akashdeep's place. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect. Akashdeep was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear check-in instructions. The stay was comfortable and clean, all necessary items were provided, good space for cooking clean utensils for use and overall a very homely feel, the residential area was calm and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responded proactively. Overall an calming and peaceful experience worth every penny, I wish I could have stayed longer, i know it would have been great.
