This is a super property and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a little difficult to find, mostly because the auto translate on Airbnb wasn’t terribly accurate. Fortunately once we read the original French and looked at the photos, we were able to find our way. The property is excellent Everything we needed was provided. The equipment in the kitchen has been carefully considered. The bed is really comfortable and we slept well in the peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed walking around the nearby ponds in the evenings and in the stillness we were able to watch the many herons which came to visit after the anglers had gone, as well as seeing a water vole swimming around the banks. We were in the area to watch the Paris-Roubaix bike race, and the property is about 15 minutes away from the iconic Mons-en-Pévèle sector, so we were ideally placed to enjoy the race here. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Many thanks!

This is our second time at Nicolas's place, and we felt right at home. Nicolas is a communicative and responsive host, and this is really an amazing place for kids - my kids were so happy to have so many toys available! There is also a park about 5 blocks away, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and if you walk to the tram stop there is a sushi restaurant my kids love, a pizza-making ATM (really! with a line of families whose kids must be as amazed by it as mine), and a great boulangerie.

Prima uitvalsbasis om Lille te bezoeken. Gezellig ingerichte knusse ruimte. Wel wat gehorig omdat je in de stad zit maar dat vonden wij geen probleem.

We enjoyed our stay at La Parenthèse. The apartment was a good size for 2 people, well equipped, within walking distance of Douai centre and for the price paid represented great value. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to provide answers.

Fantastic 2 night stay at Oliviers place. Lovely spacious top floor apartment with great views. Olivier met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Mooie BnB op een typisch Belgische idyllische plek. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelen in het bos of een dagje Gent.

Malgré un couac de communication, les hôtes sont réactifs présents sur demandes et proactifs dans leur prestation. Je conseil ce lieu très agréable, propre et décoré avec goût.

We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find a new spot to stay quickly. So glad we found this gem! The host was so gracious and generous. We showed up to fresh tulips, mint water, and a bottle of Prosecco. They even offered to help us make a restaurant reservation. The house was just darling- all the comforts of home, cozy patio for night time wine, walking distance to shops and food, AND TinTin books! Charming. We only had one night there but we would have stayed longer. Thanks again for the perfect stay!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze accomodatie. Heerlijk rustig en mooie landelijke omgeving. De communicatie met Sabine verliep perfect. Duidelijke instructies hie de accomodatie te vinden en pro-actief door bv voor ons alvast de verwarming aan te zetten. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug als we weer in de buurt moeten zijn.

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!! The living space is gorgeous and has everything you need + more. The bedroom + bathroom are elegant & spacious. The location, right by Gravensteen (Castle of the Counts), is optimal but the neighborhood is still quiet! A pleasant garden space is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

Good place! Easy to centre if you have a car, there are 4 bedrooms so you can sleep with 8 people, everything clean and also a chill garden!

3 Mamas mit 4 Kindern haben hier eine tolles Wochenende mit den Kids verbracht. So familienfreundliche Häuser findet man selten. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wichtig zu wissen wäre, dass man Bettwäsche in Übergröße braucht für die Doppelbetten.

Prachtig appartement, ingericht met oog voor detail. Veel praktische dingen die je ervaring extra verbeteren (vaatwastabletten, voldoende handdoeken, voldoende afvalzakken ed). Schaapjes vlak tegen het appartement waren een groot succes voor de kindjes. Vriendelijk onthaal, fijne ervaring.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, proche de Lille. Pas de métro à proximité mais un bus relie le quartier directement à la gare Lille Flandre. Hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Le logement d’Ahmed était top , super propre , odeur très agréable à l’arrivée . Metro accessible à pied à 5 min pour aller dans le centre de Lille. L’hôte était très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Je recommande.

Le logement est vraiment charmant, très bien organisé, pratique, la literie est très confortable,la petite cour intérieure agréable pour boire son café tranquillement le matin. Tout est bien disposé, la cuisine est très bien organisé, très fonctionnelle, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. la salle de bain est agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 2 enfants et nos 2 chiennes. Merci Vincent !

Hele fijne en vriendelijke ontvangst, konden na vooraf melding om 13:00 uur er al in op vrijdag. Eeschoon, modern appartement. Rustige omgeving met leuk uitzicht. Op de fiets vlak bij het centrum van Gent (3,5 km). Komen graag nog een keer terug.

Super helpful host for all of our needy questions! Great location. Can walk to most of town, and we took a bus to opposite SE side of town. (But could be a far walk.) Need to bus to get to the train station. Bus system was good, worked well with Google Maps. Kids things: We had a toddler sleeping upstairs in our own pack n play (I think Kiefer offered a cot, too). The upstairs room did get dark enough for her to nap during daytime. It was far away from our bedroom, but our monitor signal still barely reached. There was a bright sensor/automatic light for the stairs that would light up her room when we left at bedtime, but maybe that could be turned off, or maybe not an issue for your kid.

Deuxième fois dans cet appartement avec ma fille et ma maman. Nous adorons cet endroit. Appartement propre, calme et joliment décoré. Le parking est un plus. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons l année prochaine.
