I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

Definitely a nice place if you’re looking to stay at Cilandak (TB Simatupang) area. The location was great with good accessibility.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. Saya datang bersama rombongan untuk kegiatan acara. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, tuan rumah benar² baik, ramah, dan sangat membantu.... begitupun dengan pengurus villa, pak Asep yang sedia membantu. sempat sedikit ada kendala tapi bisa terselesaikan dengan cepat... recommended 👍

The place was nice, it was in a cluster housing complex, but we felt very private and at home with our place. The staffs and security are super friendly, there are accessible markets near the place, and facilities was superb. Would recommend

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Tolles zentrales Haus für Gruppen. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Wir waren alle super zufrieden.

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.
