Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

算是亚庇市中心的位置，周边步行10多分钟就到了加雅街，任你吃喝，附近也有亚庇中心菜市场，菲律宾市场，购物方便，晚上有夜市，卖啥的都有，类似中国的集贸市场。离大茄来海鲜餐厅也不远走过去5分钟。唯一遗憾的是照片的泳池不知道在哪没找到😀 整体适合大家庭出游！

我和朋友们一行五个人住了六天，都特别满意这一次的入住体验。房东回复信息特别及时。机场打车过来也不远十几分钟，楼下就有两个便利店走路十分钟不到就到image shopping mall，很大的购物商场什么都有。三楼还有无边游泳池，入住第一天还在阳台上看到了绝美的海上落日。完全不会踩雷的房源👌

A very special place on a remote beach that you're taken to by quick boat ride, this really is a family affair. Martini, her friends and family do a great job of welcoming you in and catering to every need. The two chalets are light, breezy and comfortable, and the deck where meals are served is beautiful. The food is international, good quality and plentiful. The sea is very shallow so if you are a swimmer you will need to head some distance off the beach, and you may encounter jellyfish so take a long sleeve manmade fibre top to swim in. There is a really beautiful deserted beach just round the corner. A great place to unwind.

Goof for family vacation

The place is amazing with breathtaking view and nicely decorated. House was perfect for a family of 6 ! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen , bbq pit and great lounge area, ideal for just a relaxing gateway. Would definitely come back !

My stay at Brahminy Kite in Kota Kinabalu was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, and the privacy of the place made it a peaceful retreat. One thing I loved was how clean the whole area was no mosquitoes or flies, even outside. It was such a pleasure to relax without any disturbances. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

I and my family had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place. The house was clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. Kevin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with his hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and the thoughtful touches throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Wellin put in lot of effort & love in caring her little space. She is very warm & hospitality. Wellin's place is a good choice in KM giving very limited options here. Recommended.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing the pool. Great location within the resort. Check in is through the resort desk. Resort is big and fully staffed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short 30 minutes drive to town - inexpensive using Grab (like Uber) Restaurant at resort is very good - good buffet as well as a la carte for all meals. Room service is available. Very big rooms and bathrooms. Wifi toggle obtained through hotel reception (no cost) was very good and served us well. Highly highly recommended.

Sylvia was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. My sister and I stayed for 3 weeks visiting family. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, all very walkable. The apartment was clean and we were able to arrange for additional cleaning each week. Having a washer was also a reason we chose Sylvia’s Airbnb, especially since we were staying for a few weeks. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable, medium firm, which is how we prefer them. There’s an incredible rooftop pool, but it does get quite busy at times. The gym itself is underwhelming and really not that great. Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and we hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything, Sylvia!

Easy to communicate with the host and check-in was seamlessly done by Bibi. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Location above the mall is really good, especially for those who like convenience as there is everything you need downstairs; easy to get Grab transport in the area too. Only issue was towels and some linens had stains. Otherwise all else was good!

地址离机场很近，周边配套齐全，步行到夜市，市场很近，周边还有imago商场，吃的也多。房东信息回复很及时，钥匙放置的地方特别好找。安保很好，二个卫生间太适合我们四个了，性价比很高

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Rose and Terry’s place was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. From booking our stay to the moment we left Rose was extremely accommodating. The choice to have breakfasts, lunches and dinner at the property was also super helpful … and delicious! We would definitely like to return in the future 🤞❤️
