房东和Gary特别热情、细致周到，有求必应，回复及时，房间干净整洁，床单浴巾都非常干净，二楼的卫生间特别好用，房间里所有设施齐全，适合大家庭出游入住。雨季一楼会有一些潮湿的味道，可以想办法改善一下

He understands the needs of travelers like no other and has created an environment that truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. James went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the way he has set up the space is remarkable – it's clear that he has thought of every possible convenience for his guests. Not only is the good accommodation, but James also excels in providing excellent dining recommendations. His thoughtful suggestions led me to some of the best local eateries we wouldn't have discovered on our own. The host was very friendly and attentive. My suggestion was to replace the kitchen utensil and clean the spiderwebs near the staircase. But the place is amazing!! Very big space for full family. Our bbq experience was amazing! Everything was provided and very close to nearby store/supermarket/diy/etc.

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. Homestay sesuai utk keluarga yg besar. Rumah luas. Bersih. Paling best setiap bilik ada tandas sendiri. Sangat direkemen utk keluarga yg besar. Host yg sgt membantu. Senang utk dicari. Cuma agak bising dgn lalu lintas sbb dia brsebelahan shj dgn laluan utama. Apapun sgt2 berpuashati & berbaloi dgn bayaran.

This Homestay is very near to the airport, only few minutes driving distance, very convenient for picking groups arriving at different times. Besides, the unit is clean, well equipped and spacious, very spacious, enough space for individuals, and different groups having separate sessions at different space of the unit. Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were in a tough spot and needed help at the last minute in the middle of the night, and they went above and beyond to assist us. Had a great stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth, and the host was really friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect, close to everything and walkable distance to imago shopping mall. Would definitely stay here again!

房间外面就是游泳池，房间外面很漂亮，位置很方便，走几分钟就是码头，离加雅街也很近，在tower2，楼下还有洗衣房和便利店，非常方便！推荐！

We spent 10 days at Clidern's condo. The location was very nice, just a bit out of town but still very convenient, with a view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is spacious and feels solid- many condos have thin walls and floors but this one was very quiet. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with island, even though we did not cook very much! There are so many good places to eat, even a small food centre in the parking lot beside the building. If we come back to KK, we will definitely book again.

최고의 숙소였습니다. 가족들과 함께 행복한 여행을 하는데 해당 숙소가 큰 역할을 했습니다. 가족 또는 친구 여럿이 함께 묵는다면 적극 추천합니다. 1. 숙소 컨디션: 각자의 방이 보장되면서도 넓은 거실과 부엌이 있어 여럿이 함께 지내기에 적합합니다. 크고 쾌적한 화장실 2개와 작은 화장실 1개가 있어 편했어요. 방도 사진과 같은 구성이었으며 기대했던 것 보다 훨씬 숙소 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 작은 세탁기와 건조대, 와이파이가 있으며 방마다 에어컨이 있어 쾌적합니다. 다만 거실과 방에 작은 개미가 있으나 생활에 지장이 있지는 않았습니다. 그 외에 다른 벌레는 없었어요. 2. 호스트: SukVui는 게스트의 여행을 진심으로 도와줍니다. 친절한 호스트는 예약이 된 후부터 바로 적극적으로 여행을 도와줬습니다. 체크인이 늦은 밤이었음에도 불구하고 직접 만나 도와 주었으며 친절하고 명확하게 숙소에 대해 설명해줬습니다. 뿐만 아니라 머무는 동안에도 게스트의 요청 사항을 적극 반영해주었습니다. 게다가 여행 일정까지 고려해주는 세심함과 다정함에 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 정말 고맙습니다. 3. 숙소 위치: 마지막으로 숙소 위치가 좋습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 공용 수영장이 있어 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 또한 이마고몰은 코타키나발루의 중심으로 어디든 손쉽게 갈 수 있고, 쇼핑몰이 숙소와 바로 연결되어 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 다만 공항이 가까워 비행기 소음이 주기적으로 들립니다. 다음번에 다시 코타키나발루에 여행을 간다면 해당 숙소에 꼭 머물고 싶습니다. 그때에도 호스트와 다시 만날 수 있으면 좋겠네요 :)

Nice apartment that suited our family for our extended stay in Sabah. Small issue with the AC was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Apartment was well equipped. Imago mall downstairs has everything a family needs and Grab got us around efficiently and affordably. Very much recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

The unit is inside a residencial resort by tge famouse Water Front Markets, 2 minutes wslk to the water. In tge heart of the city. Ikhwan and Meg are cery a upportive and helpjng. They helped us for tge airport transportation and all tge tiours for 5 days. Great place and hosts.
