Garden house of 50 m2 size in the Káraný recreation area, which is located 20 minutes (20 km) from Prague at the confluence of the Elbe and Jizera rivers. The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

The private room is lockable (security key) with bedroom, kitchen (equipments) with sink and a private toilet. IMPORTANT : there isnt shower. Only 5 minut by walk in aquacentrum. It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
