We have just had a gorgeous week at Villa Mia Mirela. The villa is beautiful and the swimming pool is generous. The house is spacious with so much space everywhere. It's also really well stocked and the hostess has been generous in what is in the house in terms of basics. Multiple outside eating options. We enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea and islands opposite. Mirela was the perfect host. She answered all my questions, gave us loads of recommendations, left us delicious fresh fruit from her garden and even helped us when we needed to find a doctor for our kids. She was extremely responsive on the phone and we couldn't have asked for more. We can highly recommend this villa to any families. The kids loved the pool and there are some lovely (and busy) beaches nearby. You need a car as it's not really walkable. Thank you to Mirela for a wonderful week ❤️

Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

ogólnie bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. lokalizacja dobra, blisko sklepy, wychodek dla psów. w mieszkaniu niczego mi nie brakowało. począwszy od podstawowych niezbędnych rzeczy po żelazko, suszarkę, pralkę, piekarnik i zmywarkę. ładne plaże w okolicy, piaszczysta w Omiš i kamienista( jak dla mnie ładniejsza) w Duče. darmowy parking w strefie zone 2 oplacony przez wlasciciela mieszkania.komunikacja z wynajmującym bardzo dobra. Pani Antonia bardzo pomocna i miła. jak najbardziej polecam. czułam się jak w domu.blisko supermarket Studenac, Tommy, na dole sklep mięsny i 2 bary ana przeciwko piekarnia

Appartement très confortable, avec une excellente literie. Très bon accueil avec une corbeille de fruits, des alcools, des chocolats, du lait, du beurre, du pain, bref de quoi tenir pour la soirée du dimanche alors que tout était fermé! Une magnifique cafetière très agréable! La terrasse est très agréable. Il y a un supermarché, une pharmacie et une boulangerie tout près. Manquait juste un grille-pain et quelques couverts. Appartement très bien placé pour les visites.

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Die Unterkunft von Ilija war genau das was meine Freunde und ich gesucht hatten. Es war perfekt ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns nach unseren Abschlussprüfungen! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern schnell und freundlich bei unserer Ankunft in die Villa eingewiesen und bekamen auch ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk :D Bei fragen waren sie direkt erreichbar und auch konnten sie schnell zur Hand gehen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder ein bestimmter Wunsch von uns kam :) Insgesamt hatten meine Freunde und ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt dort und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen!

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig, praktisch mit der Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Man kann gut verweilen und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Ivica und seiner Familie war sehr angenehm.
