The house is great to have big group. Many rooms and huge open space for parking. Location is near the beach and walking distance to food court.

The house is spacious with 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms. House also have common areas to hang out inside and outside. House is very near to beautiful beach. Very good place for a small family get together. Host is very pleasant and responds immediately. Hope to come again soon.

Apartment is very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean, short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for family stay or friends get together , can comfortably accommodate 8-10 pax. The Coway water dispenser is super convenient, we didn't have to go buy own mineral water bottles Games (futsal and mahjong) provided extra entertainment during our stay! Quality of bathroom amenities eg towels and toilet paper can be improved We would certainly stay there again , thank you Will !

Shi's place was a nice stay. The unit is good size, and is very well equipped. There are a few restaurants and cafes around, with a nice grocery store across the street. It is technically within walking distance of Gurney and Quayside, but with the weather I only did those walks in the evening when it's cooler. Otherwise I took Grab. A few downsides, as others have mentioned, the building has lots of Airbnb's and the lifts can become quite busy. Also the unit is a few stories above the pool, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings if you are a later sleeper.

The best views!! This place has a connecting balcony(two bedrooms and the living room) and the view from the balcony is absolutely breath-taking. The only little caveat is that getting into the apartment takes a bit of time. Car parking is easy as long as you follow the rules. Place is spacious and beautiful. 10/10

This is definitely one of the best places to stay with a big family when visiting Penang.

It’s a great place for peaceful vacation. Near to batu feringgi and easy access to Georgetown and nearby nasi kandar! Suitable for family vacation, all room are cosy and occupied. 5🌟

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und hat in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch einen großen Pool, Kinderplanschbecken und ein Fitnessstudio. Insgesamt gibt es drei Parkplätze zu denen man 8 Halbstockwerke hochfahren muss. Der Pförtner lässt einen nicht auf dem Besucherparkplatz parken, insgesamt ist der etwas schwierig da er meinen Sohn Fragen gestellt hat die nicht zu seiner Aufgabe gezählt hat. Wir haben das direkt abgestellt und dann hat er auch funktioniert. Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft und tolle Aussicht und Ruhe.

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience

Easy to recommend Chan and his place if you're staying in Penang. He is your local uncle who will give you all the food and activity recommendations. The accomodation was modern and spacious (1 bedroom, 2 bath, large living room, large kitchen, with washer/dryer) so it was easy to live there. We also liked how it was away from the older area so we could relax in a more modern area at night. The area itself is only a 10-min grab to Gurney Plaza and a bit longer into Georgetown so very convenient.

1st things first, the pool is even better in person. i stayed here for nearly 3 months with my boyfriend, I loved the house. bathroom and bedroom very spacious, there's 2 bathrooms. kitchen has everything you need. washer and dryer. 7/11 right outside straits Quay and alot of restaurants and bars downstairs. the view of the marina from the apartment is lovely. Wendy and Sharon are very responsive and helpful. 10/10. suitable for family or a couple and long stays.

Straits Quay is a great location. The apartment has a fantastic view, a nice balcony with enough privacy. It's a bit noisy at night as the habor has a lot of restaurants and bars with live music and entertainment. Wendy & Sharon are great hosts very responsive and were always available when needed. When I come back to Penang I will stay there again.
