This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

This flat has a view of the Bosphorus strait that would be hard to beat. The view is worth every penny. The flat is two stories. Level 1 has both bedrooms, and a full bathroom (shower only). Level 2 has a living area, kitchen, balcony, and a small bathroom with only a toilet and sink. Note that the ceiling slants in the bathroom and may make it uncomfortable to use for taller people. The balcony has an amazing view of the strait, and the Asia-side of the city. You can spend hours watching the fishing boats, and cargo and cruise ships motor by. There are about 40 stairs to navigate from the street to the flat. I believe if you let the host know your arrival and departure times, he will meet you at the flat and help with your luggage. Near the tram, which can take you to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Taksim Square, and other Istanbul attractions. Bring your walking shoes. Also, the host was amazing. We highly recommend this flat.

Mustafa's place was wonderful, spacious, and clean! He also went out of his way to help us find it after the taxi driver dropped my group off at the wrong location. Great local recommendations and in very close proximity to major attractions.

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

Appartement très agréable conforme aux photos, lumineux, très propre et bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Épicerie de base et produits d'hygiène fournis, de même que la lessive si vous souhaitez utiliser le lave-linge. Le logement est situé un peu à l'écart des quartiers très touristiques donc l'environnement est calme. Il est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied des lignes de bus, tram et embarcadère pour aller découvrir la rive asiatique de la ville. Également une épicerie fruits et légumes bien pratique au rez-de chaussée ! Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais la communication a été très facile avec Arzu qui est très réactive. Appartement idéal pour découvrir Istanbul, ne pas hésiter à y séjourner!

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
