Cozy, spacious and bright house (Kordoni holiday home) is truly private and perfect for nature lovers, around is the sea. It is situated in Muratsi village on Vani peninsula. The place is close to Kuressaare, about 8km from city center. In the house there is everything you may need for carefree vacation (kitchen with all the necessary equipment). Wood-heated sauna with view to sea and large terrace for relaxing on second floor. Fireplace on living room.There are 2 bicycles for you, to use.

Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Soome saun on hinna sees, vene saun on lisatasu eest. Lisateenustena pakume kalastus- ja merereise ning soovi korral ise tehtud suitsukala ja suitsuliha. Olete oodatud!

Cozy little flat in Kuressaare

Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Otse maja ees on männimets, kus asuvad nii suurepärane terviserada kui discgolfipark. Hiljuti rajati maja juurde ka korvpalliplats ja välijõusaal. Kui soovid aktiivsemalt aega veeta, on meil korteris olemas nii korvpall kui discgolfikettad. Umbes 700m kaugusel, asub Saare Golfi 18- rajaga golfiväljak, kus asub ka suurpäraste maitsete pakkuja ja kõrgelt hinnatud restoran Figo. Kesklinna jalutab meie juurest vaid 20 minutiga.

The place is 30 minutes drive to harbour (Kuivastu) and to Kuressaare. Unser Ferienhaus haben wir im Jahr 2023 komplett restauriert und neu eingerichtet. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und mit Blick auf den Garten und den Sonnenuntergang. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über die große Terrasse direkt in den Garten. Eine Sauna für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch vorhanden. An das Grundstück grenzt ein See mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man baden kann.
