Nice place to stay, everytime come to Kushiro will stay at here highly recommended

Great spot if you have a car. Local transit is possible. The place had a very clean atmosphere and looked recently renovated. The hosts were super friendly and they offer Thai massages at great rates if you feel so inclined. I had one and I felt very relaxed after.

First off the location is brilliant. Very close to lots of amenities and easy access to cabs and buses. The house itself is kept pristine and felt not only clean but extremely cozy! We met many wonderful travelers and the shared spaces were large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably! Hidenori and the rest of the Tsuru Guest house staff were always super super friendly and very helpful! They kept the house in a clean running order the whole time! On our way out we had some clothes that hadn't finished drying and we needed to leave ASAP. Before we could do anything we were handed extra sacks to store and travel with the damp clothes discretely until we got to our next location; it was an incredibly kind gesture! On a final note, the area of Kushiro that Tsuru house is located in is super close to three Red-Crowned crane sanctuaries that are all accessible via the bus system; the stop is within a 15 minute walk from the house. You could also take a cab!
