The second and bottom floor are where all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are .All 3 bathrooms have baths and showers. Each level has there own veranda. It is in a safe and secure complex with 24hr guard patrol and has private access to the beach as well as a pool which is discreetly in front of our villa for the complex to use .

It sleeps 8 adults and the two extra singles is off a main room in a smaller room suited for kids. So 8 Adults and 2 Kids. The sound of the sea is the best and there is rock pools near by for kids

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

Our beautiful home is close to the beach, spacious living and large entertainment area with great views. Home away from home . A place to seriously relax and (URL HIDDEN) place is good for couples and families (with kids). The swimming pool can be netted if needed and there is wheelchair access to all areas of the house. There is a solar powered inverter and back up water tanks on the property so load shedding is not a problem.
