We had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was amazing. The apartment is really well located in old Antibes with a very French authentic vibe. Inside the apartment has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the cute outside space was a massive bonus. Hosts were very prompt and eager to help with any queries - they even let us check-in early (massively appreciated as we had a really early flight from the UK). We’d definitely like to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

Tamara was very easy to work with. I needed a last minute place to stay and this was perfect. My flight landed early in the morning and she was able to accommodate a bag drop off which was super helpful. The place is close to the train station so it was a good place to stop for further travel.

Bien sauf le canapé lit qui n'est pas super confortable. Les deux autres lits sont bien.

Спустившись вниз к морю вы оказываетесь в самом начале английской набережной, у вас захватывает дух от открывающегося вида! В квартире есть все, что вам нужно, словно вы у себя дома, от бокалов, кухонных приборов и посуды до некоторых специй. В вашем распоряжении огромная терасса, где можно загорать. Отдельное внимание парковочному месту. Огромное удобное место-роскошь в Ницце. Нас приняли с собачкой и это ещё один плюс. Благодарность хозяину и его команде за быстрое реагирование на наши просьбы. Мы будем рекомендовать это место и при возможности вернемся к вам снова!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Tout était parfait : le logement était très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour (notamment une cuisine très bien équipée). Située dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison est au calme tout en étant proche des commerces (moins de 5 min à pied) et de la plage (moins de 10 min à pied). Geoffroy est très sympathique avec des petites attentions à destination des hôtes appréciables. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Hote accueillant et réactif, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Ludovic. Il a été compréhensif et arrangeant ! à bientôt !

Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. Zeer complete woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is! Zeer proper en verzorgd! Handig boek met tips voor de regio aanwezig. Kortom, top verblijf gehad, we hebben genoten!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel. Tous les équipements pour passer de bonnes vacances sont disponibles. Le calme et la sérénité sont au rendez-vous et les grandes villes sont accessibles rapidement en voiture. Aucun point négatif.

excellent accueil, un petit studio bien coquet, décoré avec goût, avec une place de parking en sous sol. rien ne manquait !

Si il était possible de mettre un 6/5 ou plus je l'aurai mis ! Ayant moi même des appartements sur Airbnb à Marrakech, Corinne met la barre très haute et rehausse les standards : - Excellent appartement avec un standing et une qualité irréprochable jusqu'au moindre petit détail. - Magnifique vue sur la plage à partir de l'appartement et de sa terrasse. - Accès à pieds direct à la plage avec possibilité d'accéder directement à une piscine collective en rooftop, vue à couper le souffle. et finalement Corinne et son partenaire sont réactifs, agréables et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour l'accueil ! Je reviendrai à 100% !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Stephane. L’arrivée s’est faite de façon autonome grâce aux instructions très claires et précises de notre hôte. L’appartement était au-delà de nos attentes, il était très propre, nous avions à notre disposition tout l’électroménager nécessaire, nous avons également pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée. Concernant l’emplacement, l’immeuble est très bien situé (tout est faisable à pied), de plus la résidence est calme et très sécurisée. Stéphane est un hôte très accueillant et aux petits soins avec ses invités, la communication se fait très facilement et il est très compréhensif. Pour conclure nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement !

Mir hat in der Wohnung von Caroline ganz besonders der "Sinn fürs Praktische" gut gefallen: auf wenigen Quadratmetern ist alles, jede Nische ist perfekt genutzt. Zahlreiche Geräte sind vorhanden, von verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen bis hin zum Staubsauger - sogar eine Spülmaschine, trotz sehr kleiner Küche! Caroline hat sich prima gekümmert. Gleich nach der Reservierung, vor der Anreise, während des Aufenthalts, kurz vor Abreise... hätte ich eine Frage gehabt, sie wäre immer für mich da gewesen. Für die Ankunft stellt Caroline ein umfangreiches pdf bereit - dort findet man alle Informationen, die man benötigt, um problemlos zur Wohnung zu finden. Wenn ich wieder nach Agay komme, dann definitiv wieder bei Caroline. Danke! Merci!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

We had a great stay here and would love to stay again. The flat was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We cooked most meals, and found basically everything we needed. We loved being able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes' walk! The host met us on time, gave us an thorough explanation of the flat and how to use everything, and then checked in on us multiple times during our nearly 3-week stay. She was very friendly and offered lots of local recommendations. This is a wonderful choice!

Malgré le mauvais temps lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le fait que le balcon puisse se fermer par de grandes vitres et nous avons pu profiter de cet espace et de la vue mer. Super accueil par Marie Hélène avec quelques bons plans restau dont nous avons su profiter et pouvons valider !

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias
