My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Bienvenido! Mi relajante apartamento es como une pequena casa de 52m2, donde vivia el artista Suzanne Valadon, se encuentra en la planta baja de una residencia privada y segura. A 1 minuto de la plaça Pigalle, del métro, mi apartamento ha sido renovado para darle la bienvenida. Hay un dormitorio cerrado, en el entresuelo con una cama doble (140x190). Esta fresco en verano. Aqui, todo esta a mano: tiendas, métro, mercados, restaurantes, sin necesitar de cansarse!
