Breezy private studio in La Jolla

A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bed room has two twin size bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room . There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking .

La Jolla Shores Beach Flat, Surf & Sand
