It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bed room has two twin size bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room . There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking .
