It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
