La Villa è stata pensata tutta a piano terra, completamente accessibile e disposta in modo funzionale, è interamente climatizzata. La spa regala momenti di serenità e di relax in ogni momento della giornata, soprattutto al tramonto con la vista sul lago. Casa Quercia occupies the southern half of a renovated two-story stone farmhouse. Ground floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom; upstairs: 2 bedrooms (king-size beds) and 1 large bathroom, big shower. A porch for sunset dinners and a private garden overlooking Volterra. Mosquito nets, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and linens are included. No TV for relaxation. Please note: breakfast is not available for the apartments.
