Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La Casa di Yorik casa è vicina a Torino,(40km) ad Asti(15km) ad Alba(25 km) E' rifinita con gusto e design, super accogliente, attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, immersa nella Natura, tra le Colline ed i Vigneti del Monferrato. Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
