The tiny home was a wonderful long-term home-base while I was in the area for work. It had just enough room to not feel cramped, a high ceiling in the main living area to make it feel even larger, the wifi was fast, the monthly rate was unbeatable, and the downstairs bed was very comfortable (I did not use the loft). The RV park was conveniently located and very quiet. Because I worked long hours and 6 days per week, I was not able to take advantages of the park's amenities (other than the laundry), but it had a lovely view of the river and mountains. Deann was very communicative and accomodating. I was a bit nervous about not being able to turn the AC lower than 77F when the outdoor temperature was high (I was told it could freeze up the system), but the powerful fans made it feel comfortable enough, even for sleeping. I would definitely stay there again while in town for work.

We had a great stay at this place. Very clean and everything was orderly. Great views from the back. Boat ramp is just a couple houses down. Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer. Look forward to coming again for sure. Thank you!

James is a great host. I needed an early check in & he made it happen. It was perfect for the Work I had to do out if town. The river is right there. Lovely views. It's dog friendly. The internet was a little dicey. I knew other people staying in the Arizona Oasis that had problems with their internet as well, so it's not localized to James's place. I was surprised that I was asked to strip bedding & gather towels after I paid $100 for a cleaning fee. It could have been much cleaner; cobwebs in kitchen & dirty bathroom floor. Great place overall!

This is a great place to break your drive to Arizona. The place is not fancy but it’s clean which is what is most important. I had a very good night’s sleep. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great in April. There were complimentary bottles of water and a few snacks which is always nice.

This home was great and the hosts were wonderful! They were so sweet and left us with an adorable welcome pkg on counter. This home was a great choice for our family. Highly recommend!

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

My co worker and I were working in Blythe. We enjoyed the little house nice place to rest after a day of work.

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

Thank you for another great stay! I really like how convenient it is and close to everything. Super comfortable. I will stay here if it’s available next time.
