A very well maintained unit in a safe, clean and lovely surroundings. Very accessible to public transport. The included drinking water was great. The quality of towels, linens, supplies were of very good standard. The amenities are great. Very responsive and proactive hosts. The reception, security and cleaning staff are helpful and polite. Deserves a 5 star rating indeed.

I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jo Irene’s condo. The unit was very clean. The bed was super comfy for a good nights rest. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay such as toilet paper, towels, soap, ect. The location of her condo is close to Megaworld and festive walk, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. The concierge and security are very efficient. Jo Irene is a great host. She is trust worthy, helpful, and very kind. You will feel very comfortable communicating with her. My overall experience at this condo is worth 5 stars!

This was already our second time staying here, and it has officially become our go-to staycation spot in Iloilo. Nothing compares to the comfort this place offers. The location, the amenities, the surroundings — everything is just perfect.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The unit itself was beautifully designed, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting space to relax in. I truly appreciated the overall ambiance and the cleanliness of the place. As usual the place is perfect. Two rooms for the price of one, a separate full kitchen with spacious balcony, inclusive parking (this alone costs $$$ in other places but here it's free!!! ) large desks for WFH in each room, nice new TV... Walking distance from the mall, a hidden gem of a cafe in the subdivision.... The kitchen with balcony was great for our cook-outs and hanging out with friends and relatives, and on top of that a caring and responsive host! This has now become our home away from home in Iloilo. So lucky to have discovered MJ's Airbnb many years ago. Value-wise it really really really can't be beat!

Megan's Place is a great find for our trip. We had a convenient and worry-free stay for the weekend. Megan's Place is very accessible to SM Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo (less than 15min walk). While we were mostly away for the entire day, coming home to Megan's Place allowed us to comfortably relax. Our host, Regelyn, is very responsive and helpful to all of our inquiries and requests. We were allowed to checkin earlier and checkout at a later time. Overall, Megan's Place is highly recommended, especially for those seeking for the "homey feels" of being away from home.

11/10!!! vv great place! highly recommended. clean, super bango, relaxing. what u see is what u get sa pic, spacious pa! plus complete na everything from washing machine, utensils, ref vv easy nalang and the place is so accessible to restaurants, convenient stores, supermarket, few steps highway na for easy commuting. the host is vv responsive, very understanding pa huhu had to extend last minute and they were nice to accommodate us. would surely be back againnn!!!

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

The unit is very clean and cozy, equiped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. Located near numerous attractions, restaurants, transport terminal and shops within walking distance. Also the hosts are very hospitable offering detailed recommendations and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, would highly recommend it 💯
