Excelente lugar, cerca de todo. La anfitriona fue muy amable y flexible. Volvería a quedarme aquí por sus amenidades como el sofa super comodo, televisión grande, de alta calidad y con cuentas disponibles. Lo mejor de todo, un internet super rápido. Lo unico que puede ser un área de mejora es que el vecino está construyendo entonces a las 9 am. comenzaba a martillar constantemente, pero supongo que será por poco tiempo. Definitivamente recomiendo aquí.

Está en una bonita zona, segura y el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia larga o corta, la lavadora y secadora funcionan bien. Las fotos son tal cual y el lugar es muy limpio y ordenado, sólo hay que tomar en cuenta que hay un solo baño.

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luis' condo. It has an amazing location on the beach with a quiet vibe, and during our January stay, there was no huge rush for pool/beach chairs. We rented this particular unit for the patio, and it is indeed the most outstanding aspect of this condo. It is very spacious, and most of the time we spent at the condo was spent there. Wifi was good- note I did not require a lot of video-conferencing for work. There is a wonderful 4-station briquette grilling station close to the beach. The staff we met in the complex were all very friendly and helpful. The condo itself is clean, albeit a little tired. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, and the pull-out couches work well if you have more than 2 people. The coffee maker and microwave did not work when we first arrived, but Luis has 2 assistants that are very communicative, and although it took a few days to sort that out, we did receive replacements. We would definitely consider staying there again! Thanks Luis!

Súper recomendado alojamiento!!! El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Se encuentra justo en frente de la playa que, aunque tiene mucha piedra, a unos 10 minutos caminando puedes encontrar una playa mucho más agradable para el baño. Las amenidades son muy agradables, la zona tranquila (aunque en la descripción dice que puede haber sonidos de construcción, realmente nosotros no los escuchamos). La comunicación con el host fue muy rápida y siempre prestos a apoyar. Sin duda regresaría, es un gran alojamiento.

We really enjoyed our time in Sayulita and at Casa Jacqui. We spent our days exploring the town, relaxing at the beach, swimming in the pool and resting on the beautiful patio. A week well spent and would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mario qui est un hôte très accueillant et toujours flexible. Son logement n’est qu’à une dizaine de minutes du centre et permet de profiter d’une certaine tranquillité en même temps. Les lits étaient très confortable je recommande fortement

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed to unwind in Sayulita. I love the punch codes to get in the front gate and the room to start. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool and lounge chairs welcomed us after our long travel day. The king size bed looking out of the large screen door was beautiful. The gardens around the property were nicer than the botanical gardens that we paid to get into! The kitchen was fully stocked and outside on the porch that we sat out on constantly. The weather and temperature was perfect, so no need to use the A/C. Wifi worked great, even for FaceTime calls. There were excellent bands playing next door on Saturday night so we had free entertainment right from our balcony. I love the free use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything is very walkable from this location. Thank you for everything!

SUPER recomendable. La habitación es bellísima, es pequeña pero lo tiene todo. La atención a los inconvenientes que hubo siempre estuvieron al pendiente y resolvieron perfectamente. Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que he estado y claro q volvería a ir. Eso si... es un lugar retirado de la zona de antros y así pero es perfecto para tener paz y tranquilidad en toda tu estancia. Esta también retirado de supermercados pero hay tiendas relativamente cerca. 10/10 el lugar

el alojamiento me pareció excelente con estufa microondas y refrigerador en excelentes condiciones tal cual lo ofrecía, la televisión funcionó bien ,el wifi también , la alberca el agua muy agradable; el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona tranquila cerca de donde nos dejó el camión y muy cerca de la playa como una cuadra; a aprox cuatro cuadras de donde inicia la zona de restaurants, artesanías y la plaza, si volvería a hospedarme con ellos 🙂

Lovely place on north side of town. Spotless lap pool. Unit is lovely and well equipped for our family of four. Nice bath and beach linens/towels. Point of contact, Rene, is extremely helpful with recommendations, transportation and other services. We did run out of tap water one night and Rene had the truck there and refilling the tank as soon as we let him know. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We appreciated having the top two floor unit, and experiencing the thatch ceilings and views. Something to know - Sayulita is a VERY loud town - and this location up a little canyon amplified the long/late night party noise. It was spring break, so likely that contributed to issue, but there were only couple days mid-week that there wasn’t thumping music, etc, until 3-4 AM. Bring good earplugs if you are sensitive to that. Also lots of daytime construction noise Small cons: Not enough drinking H2O for stay Old/shabby bed linens Not enough TP for stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The patio was a standout feature – it was exactly as photographed, with plenty of great shade that made it a perfect spot to relax . The host was extremely helpful and communicative, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was unbeatable; we never had to take a cab as everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you Vaughn!

Sandra siempre estuvo al pendiente, las instrucciones fueron muy claras lo que hizo nuestra llegada muy sencilla. El departamento estuvo muy cómodo, limpio lo que hizo la estáncia muy agradable

Excellent location , near restaurants, malls and beach clubs. The place was very clean and functional. We only would like that the fees charged upon arrival to be included in the rate so as not to have any problems with cash and 8 person group.

Wow, my stay was absolutely fantastic! Checking in was a breeze, and the first thing that caught my eye was how spotless the place was. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the furnishings were super comfortable. The sheets in the master bedroom were top-notch! Oh, and did I mention the wraparound deck? It was a real treat. And guess what? The top floor had a rooftop pool with breathtaking views. I was also lucky enough to meet the host, Miguel. He was so friendly and checked in with me a few times to make sure I was having a great time. I really enjoyed the area. If you venture behind the building, you’ll find some lovely spots to stroll around. Within a 10- to 15-minute walk, you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. And if you need to take the bus, it’s just a short block away. Oh, and here are some extras I thought were really nice, in the fridge when I arrived: two sandwiches and sodas and luggage racks in each bedroom.

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Excelente alojamiento, todo súper limpio y sin problema para acceder al edificio. El anfitrión si tenías alguna duda, respondía a la brevedad. Quedamos encantados y obvio la súper recomendamos.

David fue super amable y nuestra estancia fue genial, lo recomiendo ampliamente, solo nos confundimos un poquito para llegar porque hay otro camino pegado
