Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte kennengelernt. Kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete und große luxuriöse. das Hideaway in Durango war eines unserer absoluten Highlights. die Lage ist ein Traum, die Kommunikation war super zuvorkommend und klar, vor allem aber ist die Gastlichkeit und Liebe hervorzuheben, mit der das Appartment geführt wird. als wir ankamen erwartete uns Licht von kleinen LED Fackeln, ein gemütlicher Kamin war bereits an und strahlte behagliche Wärme aus. es gab Tee und Kaffee und die Betten waren ein Traum!! Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit bei Euch! wir waren gern länger geblieben... wir empfehlen John & Toshiko jederzeit und wärmstens weiter.

Craig was a great host! Very communicative and chill. The place was a perfect location for skiing at Purgatory. It was so nice to have the shuttle come right to our door. Our favorite feature was the hot tub. The only downfall was the hard water leaves a chalky feeling on everything. Other than that, everything was great!

I am giving Donna and her place an excellent review however, I do want other potential guests to know that although she charges a cleaning fee, she requires guests to strip the bed, start the wash, take out the trash, start the dishwasher and wipe down handles, counters etc. with wipes as well as open the windows before leaving. We felt this was a lot to do considering there is a $90 cleaning fee. The space itself was exactly as Donna described it. It was a very nice, quiet, peaceful place to land for a weekend away. We were hoping to use the bikes which was one of the attractions to this location but the weather didn’t cooperate. Donna gave a good overview of things to do and places to eat. The space was clean, had everything we needed. Other than the cleaning before we left, it was a great place to stay.

I can’t say enough about this Airbnb and host! Amanda was so hospitable, communicative and flexible! You can tell she has a passion for sharing this lovely home with guests and their furry friends because she doesn’t forget the little things and fun details that have become a lost art in my experience! The home is in such a great location, only about 25 from Durango but still feels remote with stunning views! The remodel has made the space very functional, open and so cozy! Our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed the big grass space and fenced in area too! This was such a great escape from the city grind and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was the best vacation we're had in years. What a beautiful place! Inside, and outside both! And Carol and David were wonderful, and were always giving us feedback and good tips for things to see and do. Don't know what else to say, except God willing, we'll go back there again! Thank you Carol and David!!

The cabin was a great fit for our family. The kids enjoyed the trails and seeing all the animals, especially the deer right off the deck each morning. Couldn't ask for a better location with the river right out back. Far enough out to have star filled skies at night, but close enough to Durango and Bayfield to enjoy an evening out if wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend! Peacful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. You won’t be disappointed!
