If you don’t want to drive it’s close to the trolley that takes you all over the county; downtown, shopping, convention center, and stadiums. 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, 25 min to beaches, and 45 min to the mountains. Relax on the front porch with drinks or eating at the bistro table, the front yard is fenced for kids to play, and WiFi. There is a playpen upon request. Rhett the desert tortoise awaits! Enjoy the cool vibe at this unique rustic getaway tucked back on a tree-lined hill 5 minutes above City of La Mesa Village, 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!

Lemon Drop Cozy Studio

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

Come stay in our charming, stylish, & relaxing studio! Guests will have access to a queen size bed & 50" smart TV. The apartment is located 15 mins driving distance to/from key areas: SD airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! The studio has a new AC for guest's pleasure! We do not accept smoking, pets, or parties! Check out is at 11 am. Non-approved late checkouts will incur a $50 penalty fee.
