Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Yvonne war sehr fürsorglich und wenn wir noch mal an den comersee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefanie, Robin und F

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay on Lake Como and Bellano is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station (direct train to Milano) and the ferries to other towns on the lake. The Bellano Orrido waterfall is amazing and the town is lovely, with the waterfront walk, a historical centre and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a view of the mountains and is so close to the water. Antonella and Donatella were so responsive and helpful - and the apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room. We loved it!!

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

This place is in an incredible location and the interior feels authentic to the small lakeside town. The host was very sweet and responsive - highly recommend.

We loved this apartment and appreciated how generous and thoughtful Alessandra is. She gave us helpful recommendations and made us feel taken care of. The apartment is lovely, with a gorgeous bathroom and full size kitchen. We arrived to snacks on the counter and drinks in the fridge. We’re so glad we picked Varenna to stay in; it was quiet and compact with a number of things to do and tons of restaurants. The apartment is about 100ft to Varenna’s main piazza, so really well located. Check out Alessandra’s excellent gelato at the Bon Bon in the piazza. We recommend Alessandra’s place and hope to make it back there on future.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le logement d’Andrea. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir les principales villes autour du lac, et la vue est superbe. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir waren als Familie zu 6 Personen 8 Nächte in den Haus und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Wirklich besonders bei dieser Unterkunft ist der atemberaubende Blick auf den See von jedem Zimmer und insbesondere von der Terasse! Einzige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten, sind die leicht verdreckte Küche (Wand, einige Geräte) und ein neuer Anstrich für die Wände (vor allem im Treppenhaus). Insgesamt aber eine super Unterkunft! Kann man nur jedem empfehlen!

Wir haben Fabio leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da er arbeitsbedingt unterwegs war. Was aber nicht schlimm war, weil er uns alles telefonisch ausführlich mitgeteilt hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Lage ist auch wunderbar. Die Bilder entsprechen die Wahrheit. An 2 Tagen war das Wetter kalt und windig, die Wohnung etwa warm zu bekommen war nicht einfach. Aber nicht schlimm.

Appartement avec une vue superbe sur le lac, en plein centre de Menaggio et à 3min à pied des départs de ferry. Parking sur place très appréciable mais attention pour petite voiture (type SUV ou berline pas possible). Appartement bien équipé, très propre, et calme. Lit bébé et chaise haute mises à disposition par Marco, tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux filles 4 et 1,5 ans! Marco est un hôte très réactif et disponible. Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés. Si nous devons revenir au lac de Côme, nous séjournons sans aucun doute à nouveau ici!

Staying at Bellano and choosing this apartment was the one of the best decisions we made during our trip in Italy 🇮🇹 The town has a very local feel , very accessible to all of Lake Como . The apartment in overlooking the lake with fantastic views .Close to all public transport , supermarket and restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Collico dans le logement de Maria Térésa, non loin de toutes commodités, avec résidence piscine, joliment fleurie, et vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Tout est très satisfaisant, la propreté, l emplacement, l accueil. Seul petit bémol. Il nous a manqué une 2ème chambre pour notre fils et un peu de bruit le soir en raison de la proximité d un bar.

Sehr grosse und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sogar zwei vollwertige Badezimmer. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von Dongo - aber perfekt gelegen für den nahegelegenen Hafen und Segelclub.

Plage à 5  minutes. Logement idéal pour découvrir les villes environnantes.

I took my family came to Lugano to attend a concert, but this accommodation caught my eye, and we stayed here two nights - what a great experience of this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, the host is warm and welcoming, the location is amazing (15 minutes drive to Lugano), the local restaurants are great, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. Beautiful apartment and amazing views, exactly as described. Host Paola was very helpful and the check-in info was easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and water pressure great (for older building). The location was amazing – being on the water in a quieter town. Bellano was definitely the choice for us. Other more popular known towns such as Bellagio and Varenna are definitely worth the visit but too busy and touristy for our liking, even end of April. The main purpose for our trip to Lake Como was the Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, another very beautiful and less touristy town, especially early morning. Orrido di Bellano is definitely a must see. I can recommend Bar Truth where we stopped for lunch (great pizza) and Bar Testori where we had our last morning coffees, fresh croissants and paninis to go. We would definitely stay at Paola’s if/when revisiting Lake Como again.

Petite maison avec superbe vue sur le lac ! L'espace extérieur est un grand plus surtout pour les enfants (notre fille de deux ans a adoré le toboggan). Nous n'avons pas vraiment profité de la plage privée (car trop occupés à visiter les environs) mais nous avons adoré emprunter le passage secret. Du coup nous devrons revenir en été pour en profiter plus ;) Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Salvatore qui est très réactif et accueillant. Le cottage est très bien placé pour découvrir le Lac et nous avons même fait de jolies balades à pied sur place. Une adresse que l'on va garder précieusement.

This property is in a stunning location. Everywhere you look is beautiful. The house is basic but is comfortable and has an amazing and secure outside space. I took dogs with me and it is just perfect for them. The village is very traditional and quaint and if you like walking this is the place for you. The walks are amazing, the views spectacular and always a new pathway to follow. Waking up in the morning and opening the door to the view of the mountains and lakes, sitting on the balcony with a coffee is a treat every day. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Needed a place to stay with 2 separate bedrooms basically last minute for 1 night. This was getting the job done without issues. They have an extra garage which was very beneficial. The little terrace was nice to just sit outside and unwind for a moment.

The apartment of giulia and marco is really great and perfect for a stay at lake como. The hosts answer extremely fast and friendly all questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its view during breakfast or in the evening. The only real downside is the proximity to the street and the trainline, which is noisy during nights. In total, we can totally recommend the apartment 👍

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar noch tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Hereintragen des Gepäcks.Francesco war stets erreichbar und gab uns super Tipps.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser top sauberen, wunderschönen Wohnung mit eigem Seezugang und wunderschöner Aussicht.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauchte.Unsere Kinder (8&5 Jahre) liebten den kleinen Spielplatz vor der Wohnung und den jederzeit freien Zugang zum See.Vielen Dank Francesco für die tolle Zeit in deiner Wohnung,wir würden es jedem unbedingt empfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wiederkommen!

Le logement est impeccable, très propre et suréquipé. Il est excentré et au calme, dans un cadre privilégié en bord de lac (petite plage privée et de beaux chemins de rando en partant de la maison). À 10 mn en voiture du centre et du port, de très bons restaurants à proximité (moins de 5mn en voiture) L’hôte Marina est au top, adorable et très serviable. Le + du + : TRÈS DOGFRIENDLY ils sont acceptés partout, tout le temps. Tout était parfait ;-)

Wir waren für 8 Nächte, Mitte-Ende August, im Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Marina, Antje und Andrea war überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Antje und Andrea sprechen Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu eingerichtet und hat uns vom Stil super gefallen. Sie ist einfach aber stilvoll gestaltet. Was man braucht ist da und auf Unnötiges wurde verzichtet. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand, den man sich ausschließich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Im Unterschied zu den öffentliche Stränden findet man dort auch Schatten und kann so leicht mehrere Stunden lesend und schwimmend verbringen. Der kleine Garten am Cottage bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Rückzug. Zu unserer Zeit gab es viele Stechmücken. Es scheint, die sind nur deshalb da, damit man sich noch nicht gleich ganz im Paradies fühlt.
