Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

Het huisje is heel goed verzorgd. Daniele is een fijne host die je op je gemakt stelt. Het was schoon en de omgeving is erg leuk. Het is goed te vinden en zit o.a dicht bij het gebied Fiss en Ladis, wat populaire skigebieden zijn in de winter. Wel was de wifi in het huisje niet al te best, we konden bv geen serie kijken op de wifi. Voor lange mensen raden we aan een extra deken mee te nemen, omdat het dekbed niet heel lang is (mijn vriend is 1.95) Wel echt heel goed vertoeven voor de rest, enorm genoten!

Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Perfekte Location um sich zentral bewegen zu können, alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus daneben zu erreichen. Alles wurde perfekt und einfach beschrieben. Wir konnten die Woche super geniessen!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an AirBNB in my life! Lucia and Roberto are outstanding hosts, are super responsive, and extremely kind and caring! They gave us so much extra helpful information and even offered rides to different parts of town if we needed! The view from their home is incredible and one of the best we have ever seen. Vielen Dank für die wirklich perfekte Unterkunft. Mitten in der Natur gelegen hatten unsere Kinder viel Spaß und werden sich lange an diesen Urlaub erinnern. Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus (vollständig ausgestattete Küche, wirklich nichts fehlt!) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist oben auf dem Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zu Fuß laden Wanderwege zum spazieren ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es keine in fußläufiger Nähe. Aurora hat uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir Besorgungen erledigen konnten. Auch für jegliche Rückfragen war sie sehr gut erreichbar. Beim Check in und Check out wurde uns sehr entgegen gekommen, was uns wegen der Kinder die An- und Abreise sehr erleichtert hat. Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Wir als vier Männer durften unser jährliches Jasswochende in dieser genialen Unterkunft verbringen. Wir sind alles Glarner und wissen genau das es hier einfach am schönsten ist. Es ist etwas abgelegen aber erreicht die "Zivilisation" inert Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen 4-tägigen Trip nach Liechtenstein gemietet. Die Lage war großartig – die meisten touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Balzers oder Malbun waren nur etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt, und Vaduz konnte man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Aussicht auf die Alpen war wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich , und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Susanna und Benjamin waren sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar – sie haben all unsere Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 😊

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Sehr schöne, grosse und saubere Wohnung an zentraler, ruhiger Lage mit guter Ausstattung. 2x Gargenplatz und Skiraum waren perfekt. Zu Fuss braucht man 7 Minuten zur Parsenn Bahn. Vielen Dank.

Quel plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans le bel appartement de Nicole ! Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. La communication avec Nicole est très facile et amicale. Les instructions pour l’accès au logement étaient très claires. Le descriptif correspond parfaitement à l’appartement : il est tres bien placé, au bord du lac, dans une Marina calme et bien entretenue. Toute notre famille s’est sentie comme à la maison : l’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, avec une mention spéciale au sauna dans la salle de bain ! L’emplacement est privilégié car on peut aussi bien profiter de l’environnement du lac et que de celui de la montagne, ce qui est exceptionnel 😊 Nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau pour profiter des différentes saisons.

Appartement magnifique où on s'y sent comme à la maison. Bien équipé et chaleureux. Sigi a beaucoup de gout pour la déco. J'ai adoré les photos d'elle et de sa famille accrochées sur les murs. Je pense que j'aurais bien aimé rencontrer Sigi qui doit être quelqu'un de gentille et bienveillante. Je recommande vivement ce logement spacieux et magnifique. Bonne chance Sigi pour la location de votre logement.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!
