Casablanca fue hecha pensando en la comodidad del surfer y su familia, para que disfruten de la ola conocida como ¨the ranch¨ sin tener que estar moviéndose en coche ya que la ola esta a pocos pasos de distancia. La casa fue hecho con ventilación cruzada, por lo que es muy fresca, aún con el calor de la región. Por las noches el aire fresco de las montañas y por el dia la brisa del mar.
