Beautiful setting, looks just like the photos. We had everything we needed and Diego was very responsive and helpful, he even gave as a little late check out. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch, the shower was hot and had good water pressure . I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful place to spend their vacation

El departamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila entre el pueblo y la playa, con tiendas de conveniencia / restaurantes muy cercanos. El lugar es tal cual las fotos, seguro y limpio. La atención de Angelina fue muy buena en todo momento. Sin duda regresaríamos!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

This place was perfect for a romantic getaway! The location was great as it close to downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts was great at accommodating our stay as they had ATV rentals available for us to get around town easier. They provided helmets and pick-up/drop-off of the ATV. Every issue we ran in to, they had a quick solution. Nice quiet area that felt safe. Would definitely recommend for an intimate space that is not too far from the party and beauty of Tulum!

We had a wonderful six-day stay at this perfect retreat, feeling completely at home from the moment we arrived. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and serene, making it an ideal place to unwind. During our visit, we often enjoyed the pool all to ourselves, which added to the tranquility of our experience. The location is convenient, with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket just a short distance away. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking relaxation. Plus, for those interested in nightlife, there are plenty of options to explore. Overall, it's a fantastic destination for a rejuvenating getaway!

Un vrai havre de paix en plein milieu de la jungle de Tulum. L’infrastructure avec toutes ses piscines est incroyable. Un grand Merci à Odile pour son accueil, ses explications et les bons plans dont elle nous a fait profiter. Amoureux de la nature, surtout n’hésitez pas, Siwa vaut le détour.

We’ve had many great Airbnb hosts, but Claudia took hospitality to a new level. The condo was lovely as were evenings on the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable and air conditioning top notch. The pretty property was quiet and felt very safe, and the friendly concierge staff was welcoming. The pool areas were beautiful and spacious. We were surprised by the nice shopping area, close-by, for groceries, pharmacy, clothing and much more. We had wondered how we would do without an oven over our 2-month stay. as we prepare many meals for our special diet. We have never owned a toaster oven, but we SOON will. We quickly learned its value by the fabulous meals we prepared. The gorgeous beaches cannot be beat; however, beach clubs have a daily price. We walked, biked and taxi’d to the beach, finally taking the Collectivo (a shared ride van) with pickup and drop-off near the condo. We so enjoyed this property and its owner and cannot imagine anyone not feeling as thankful as we do.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

We enjoyed our stay, we had 10 people it was a mix of teens, adults and 1 child. The house is beautiful, each bedroom was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom. The first floor provided good space to gather. In the pool there are 2 shallow areas and 1 is usually in the shade and 1 in the sun, this was helpful to have what each individual needed all day. We loved the neighborhood, it is lush with vegetation and lovely sounds of nature. Right outside the gate is an additional development with many great cafes and areas to walk. We really didn’t discover this until the last day. To do over we would’ve utilized this for dinners or breakfasts. The closest cafe was less than a five minute walk. If you have a car this is a great location to get to the beaches or any surrounding area easily. I would easily recommend this home, the pictures accurately represent the property.

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

This is a cute, little jungle hideaway that gives you the sense of privacy and serenity. The house was cute and as pictured in the description. We thoroughly enjoyed that every bedroom was attached to a full bathroom. My favorite was the rough top and it was so lovely at night. The binder that they prepared about the house, attraction and Tulum was extremely helpful. The concierge helped planned our trip and gather things for me as it was my mother's birthday trip. If any little things came up about the house, their response was quick and solved any little issues (which weren't many). The location was in a great spot with cute cafes, restaurants and markets. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Die Unterkunft Villa Mar e Tierra liegt im Viertel La Veleta, welches an ruhiger Lage ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gastgeberinnen immer gut erreichbar. Für Unternehmungen ist es gut ein Auto oder einen Roller zu mieten, damit man flexibel ist. Es hat gute Restaurants im Viertel. Wir hatten mit 7 Personen genügend Platz.

Tetiana was a wonderful host. The treats and breakfast snacks she left were the most elaborate and well thought out that I have ever seen in my years of Airbnb. The backyard jungle around the pool is perfectly maintained. The decor and style is impeccable and the place is very peaceful and quiet. For the price it's an excellent choice because it's one of the few places like this in Tulum where you can walk to stores and restaurants and transportation. If the pool were heated (it's freezing) and a bit more comfy chairs I would give it a 100 out of 10!

I stayed at Brit’s place with a group of 4 couples! The experience was amazing! The property was accurately depicted. The best part that made the trip convenient was the house manager Asuncion! Everything we needed he promptly showed up and assisted. Brit was sure so stay in contact with me and suggested vendors to use.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood. The apartment is top floor corner unit. The additional bathroom and shower is a bonus. The pools were always quiet. I will mention there is some construction around as there is everywhere in Tulúm. Sundays are nice and quiet. Some barking dogs always as building allows dogs. Luisa and her team were quick to respond with a couple issues we had. The main patio door and bathroom lock were broken so they sent someone next day to fix. The plunge pool was cloudy and had way too much bad chlorine. So we asked the water to be changed. There is an issue with the pool losing water when you use it so it and we had to ask them to show us how to add water. We had plenty of towels. Washer and dryer is a bonus. The apartment gets full sun all afternoon. The upstairs air conditioner works way better when you open the slatted doors. Kitchen has everything you need! Walkable places to eat(liked Panza)places to rent bikes, also a 7 Eleven.

The space was just what we needed for a group of 4 girls on a trip to Tulum. I would note that there are no sun loungers, so we booked into a nearby hotel rooftop to maximize sun hours, as well as a couple trips to the beach. While there are many areas you can walk to, getting to the main strip at night was a little sketchy. I would recommend having a regular taxi that will respond quickly for pick up and drop off. Otherwise, all other areas in Alda Zama were great, some really great cafes and coffee shops within a 15 min walk.

Loved this location. Even with construction happening outside our window, the place was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It's right next door to the police station, walking distance to places to grab food, close to the grocery store, and a quick ride to the beach club zone. I loved being close enough to experience that area, but also not stuck inside the constant evening thumping of the beach zone. Enjoyed our stay, hosts were quick to solve anything that popped up. Would stay again.

I stayed for two months and it was a good experience for the most part. Great home and great environment as well.
