5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Entspannen, Geniessen, Aktiv sein und Staunen! Konzeptferienhaus mit Garten und Sitzplatz an sonnigem Hang in entspannter Umgebung mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Explore the treasures of the Surselva by foot, bycycle, skis, or public transport! Please consider: in winter, we usually rent Casa Delonis from Saturday until Saturday. Other inquiries will be reviewed though.
