Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Terasa na prvom katu veličine je 40m2 s pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na velikoj parceli od 3.350 m2. he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
