I got the best place! The caretaker was great, the food was delicious, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything about the stay was excellent. I felt well taken care of and completely relaxed. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

One of the best property. Super clean and felt like home, kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean. Bhavishya guided with on spot direction and provided early checkin on request. A super host and a super property. Totally worth it and great value for money property 👍🏼

Very beautiful place, worth it. They have good food near by, the home owner made it easier for us, gave us suggestions. Wi-fi, heaters and everything else is comfortable. Only thing to note is, there is only a single bathroom inside the house, but also there is another outside. Everything aside, it was a good place. Extra details: The owners and helpers gave contact for taxi and bikes for rent. Taxi is better for 2 days, to visit rhotang pass, kasol and river rafting at kullu. We paid Rs. 9000 for two days, but personally one day is enough for rhotang pass (snow) and river rafting. Second day, there is not much local place for the driver to show around, make smarter decisions. Also, book your own activities for cheaper rates, the driver might take commission at costlier shops.

Very nice place to stay in Manali with great suggestions, incredibly good chefs at their inhouse cafe with beautiful apple orchard surroundng. Sachin and his team made us feel at home. We took a full day guided tour for Hampta snow drive and Igloo Visit and activities and loved it. Also, they arranged our Atal Tunnel and Sissu snow drive which was incredible. We had Bonfire every evening in their dedicated lawn and ordered tandoori dishes which was perfect to enjoy the evenings. We got to see so many nice places and experienced an incredible amount in a short time. I highly recommend traveling to the Sachin's place and happy to travel back there. Bhaveek been a great host and was very caring. During our stay, Manali was badly hit by flood and heavy rains but still staff managed to take good care of us within limited available resources. The property location is excellent and I will rank it as a 5 star property. We booked compete villa of 8 bed rooms and we had a great time. This property is in nature and around greenery but still close to Mall road and old Manaali ( just 20 minutes walk). Looking forward to have another stay during winter or next summer . We had a fantastic four-night stay at Standout Suite, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The apartment is stylish, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.The location is perfect—just a short walk from Mall Road, making it easy to explore Manali’s vibrant spots, while still being well-connected to places like Atal Tunnel.A big shoutout to the amazing team—Ganesh, the caretaker, was extremely responsive and ensured a seamless stay; Hemant, the chef, prepared delicious, homely meals; and Ranjana kept the place spotlessly clean. Their hospitality made the experience even better.The only minor feedback is that the last 50m stretch leading to the apartment is quite bumpy, possibly due to ongoing roadwork. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience.For what it offers, this place is incredible value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and stylish stay in Manali.

It was great staying here, beautiful surrounding. Nearby river sound was adding up in it's beauty. It is accessible and has everything nearby. Host is super responsive, it felt home.

The Kutiya Cottage is one lifetime of an experience. I visited the place along with my three friends and I have not had such a great stay in a long time. The host Kehar Singh ji is a lovely person and his wife is an excellent cook and had the best home cooked meals ever. Both assisted us like their own family and have been wonderful. We were able to find the place easily, the surroundings are peaceful and serene and you will get the best view of the Nature and the mountains ever. The Kutiya is a must place to stay if one wants to live and experience the true world of mountains. I can't wait to visit the place again admist the beautiful nature and away from city chaos!!!

Shreya and Bhupender, both were accessible and very easy to communicate! The place where the stay is was just amazing, had a peaceful experience in total!
