Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. Welcome to our waterfront beach house! Just 2 mins to the open bay and 5 miles to LBI. Set in a quiet, family-friendly area, our home is known for its views, cleanliness, and comfort. Brand-new AC units throughout! Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care. Fire pit and a paddle boat included. Bring your boat, jetski, or kayak! Event-friendly—ask us.
