Great apartment in a great neighbourhood! Easy to get around, friendly people, relatively quiet and peaceful. We stayed for one month, and felt like we were leaving a second home when we left. Would definitely recommend!

Wipa is a great host, so friendly, helpful and understanding! The room was proper luxury for that price, wow (i travelled for 5 months in Thailand, visited 11 provinces, so i know what’s up 👍🏼)! Believe me it’s not worth spending double/triple staying closer to certain touristy things, just order a grab bike and you are there in no time. The area was amazing! Bangkok Noi, no tourists whatsoever and i loved that. Experience the real thai life. The big soi next to the alley you are staying in has plenty of amazing local restaurants (Khao Pad Kai 50B, Som Tham 50B), go to the 7-11 in the soi (not across the street) super friendly people with across of it a lady that sells the best pineapple for 20B!! MRT blue line to Chatuchak Market just 7 min walking, 10min Grab bike to pinklao, 15min grab bike to Khaosan, 20min Grab bike to Lumphini Park. It is a shared bathroom though but if the other guests are clean and attentive like yourself then it shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you Wipa 💛

Cadre de vie assez incroyable dans Bangkok. Très bon accueil, particulierement chaleureux..La famille de Sirichan est très gentille et disponible. Très bons conseils et accompagnement lors de notre séjour. Un immense merci pour cette belle immersion dans le quartier des klongs.

I had a great stay. The room is in a very good location. Just a 10-minute walk to BTS Talat Phlu, which made getting around very easy. There’s also a 7-11 conveniently located on the ground floor of the same condo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Highly recommended.

Le logement de Mitch est propre, pratique et correspond totalement à la description. malgré une situation géographique un peu éloigné il est situé dans un quartier bien desservi, calme et avec plein de magasins et restaurants. Seul point négatif le manque de serviette dans les chambres et le papier toilette pas toujours present, cependant Mitch a été très réactif quand on lui en a demandé

Easy to travel, feel like staying at my own relative's house, easy to communicate, easy to contact. Don't hesitate to book here. If you are looking for a place to stay near the subway, easy to travel around Bangkok, this is one of the best options compared to other options. A woman traveling alone or with a family with young children, very convenient and safe 100%. If you are visiting Thailand for an important trip, this is one of the best options for a good Thai travel experience. If you are looking for a place to stay that is worth the money, there is no reason not to book here. If you see this list. The place was perfect—just as described! It’s an ideal getaway for a quick family escape from Bangkok. The house is beautifully designed, and if you love traditional Thai architecture with stunning antique furniture, this is the perfect spot. The pool and garden were lovely, and it’s only about 10 minutes from Amphawa Floating Market. Highly recommended! The host was also very nice, with easy and smooth communication.
