A really fantastic modern house with amazing views over the town and Fjord. We loved the quiet space and TV free living room upstairs for reading and relaxing. The bedrooms were really nice and looked out over the lovely garden and also had an amazing view. The downside was the booking came without linen or towels which were an additional cost of 200kr per person, which seemed rather expensive. These should be included.

We loved our stay here. It is in a beautiful location. It is a very clean and understated apartment, with modern fittings. It has a lovely deck to watch the sunset on. The bedding is really good and it has a good shower. We went for a hike upto Stegastein viewpoint, which was challenging, but we would recommend. The trail starts 10 minutes from the apartment.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment with stunning views of the surrounding area. Stylish, spotless but also warm and welcoming. Definitely our most luxurious accommodation on a long road trip and a fabulous place to unwind and relax. Anne Marte was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had initial questions, and offered great recommendations for where to eat in town. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone travelling through that part of Norway. Thank you for having us, we hope we can come back soon!

Veldig hyggelig og vennlig vert. Kommunikasjon gikk bra da jeg reserverte sommerhuset til mine kolleger. De hadde alt for et koselig opphold. Anbefales!

Our time at Trude’s cabin was far too short! We definitely have to come back - it’s a magical place. The view from the windows over the fjord, the meadow, and the apple trees was simply breathtaking. Inside, everything was stylish and spotlessly clean. It was without a doubt the most perfect place we could have ever dreamed of staying at in Norway! :)

We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place, superb location for exploring the area. The view across to the mountain & fjord is splendid with the benefit of enjoying from inside through the large picture window, or sit outside on the veranda. I loved having another small sitting area upstairs with it's own small verandah & relaxed here late evening. The bed was comfortable, good downstairs shower, excellent drying room for our boots. The kitchen is well stocked for baking or making waffles, if you are inclined. It is very nice to have a few spices or herbs to use. Mads is extremely fast responding to y queries. within minutes. It is easy to access, took a bit of a wrong turn to get the right road, Turn immediately left off the main road, go down the hill to the next left junction, go up and straight on past the children's play area under the pines. You can bathe in the fjord below and have a lovely walk through the woods, along by the fjord or up onto the hill. 5 stars

La maison d’Andrea et Truls est une pure merveille ! Truls nous a accueilli avec de jolies attentions gourmandes et nous a raconté l’histoire de cette maison. Ce qui la rend encore plus belle ! Notre petite fille a adoré s’occuper des poules et jouer avec sa sœur, dans le jardin. Le cadre est idéal, à proximité du centre de Sogndal, de ses commodités, ainsi que des fjords présents dans cette région. Nous vous recommandons d’y aller, les yeux fermés. Et un grand merci à Andrea et Truls pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance !

Schon vor unserer Anreise haben wir wertvolle Tipps und Anweisung zur Nutzung der Unterkunft von Turi erhalten. Der Austausch war immer sehr freundlich und Turi war super bemüht (Empfehlungen gegeben etc.). Uns hat die Hütte super gefallen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt und konnten zur Ruhe kommen. Wir konnten in der direkten Umgebung, Schafe, Rentiere und Hasen entdecken :) Sollten wir nochmal in dieser Region in Norwegen sein, würden wir die Hütte auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Danke Turi ☺️
