Cozy, intimate, had everything we needed and more. My three siblings and I live across three separate states & were able to gather and celebrate the holidays with our significant others and niblings in a home environment. Ashley’s place had everything we could have wanted and the place was super kid friendly. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

We enjoyed our stay with 6 adults and 4 kids. The home is an old farmhouse with a country feel. I found the country decor pleasing and eclectic in a fun way. Overall the home was warm and and inviting. We enjoyed the large kitchen table and the seating at the kitchen island, which just fit our crew of 10. Though it was very cold outside, the yard with swings, hammock, and room to run was a life-saver for our group as it gave the little ones a place to burn their energy for short spells outside. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything we needed for meal prep - breakfast, lunch, and dinners. The home was warm even though it was very cold outside. Beds were just fine, but the bunks are just for little ones, not sturdy enough for adults. TV had Roku so we were able to watch the college football games. Home came with many complimentary board games. Nearby town of Darlington is cute and has a grocery store. All in all it was a great stay for our crew!

Matt & Molly's cabin is wonderful for a romantic get away! So many thoughtful touches throughout. Very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed star gazing in the evening and listening to the birds during the day from the back porch. The fireplace is easy to turn on. We enjoyed hot cocoa by the fire with the comfy blankets. The king bed was so comfortable! 15 minute drive to Galena, IL and 20 minute drive to Dubuque, IA made it perfect for feeling remote yet having access to excellent restaurants, plus grocery stores. We'll definitely be back!

Ashely and Jeremiah’s cottage was absolutely beautiful. My partner and I stayed her for a week and wanted to schedule a trip back before we even left! This property is so dreamy and the perfect place to relax and rewind. They have everything you need and so much more. Their animals are an added plus! You will have to visit the goats while you’re there! Ellie the dog is just the absolute sweetest. She met us at the parking area when we first got there and made sure we got to our cottage safely. Daisy and Sherman (the cats) came to visit us all the time and they were super cuddly and sweet! Ashely, Jeremiah, and Sid were all extremely kind and responsive with any questions the whole time. Ashley even turned the pathway lights on so we could see to get to our cottage as we arrived after dark! I recommend staying here if you get the opportunity! You won’t regret it! My partner and I can’t wait to come back!!

My wife and I visited with our 15 month old son. It was clean and peaceful. We were comfortable our entire stay and enjoyed the thoughtful touches. What an amazing weekend!

Well-kept, serene, and charming. This place is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The Farmhouse, set in the rolling hills of the Wisconsin countryside, is spacious and inviting and guests can expect a quiet, comfortable stay with all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Farmhouse.

Great location, downtown is only a block away. The house is cute, clean, and comfy. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re looking to explore the driftless/tri-state area, but want to stay out of the larger cities in the area.
