Highly recommend. We stayed for a SXS trip, and it was about a 15-minute SXS ride from the house to the RRB campground. No trailering required which is exactly what we were looking for. Super cute home and close to many things. If you do stay here, I highly highly recommend visiting "Little Egypt". It's within walking distance from the house and breathtaking.

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for large families. Lots of great spaces inside and outside. I have never seen as many dishes as this place has!! You definitely won't run out. The beds were comfortable (and I don't say that often). We annually go to an Airbnb with the whole family on Thanksgiving. Everyone agreed, this place was one of their favorites. The owners are nice and very quick to reply to any questions. We all had a great time!!

Mary Beth was wonderful to work with. She accommodated our last minute reservation for us due to weather driving us farther south. The place was beautiful, secure and safe. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this cabin! Had a group of friends and we all loved it, great spot, lots of local things to do and the cabin was clean, spacious, and accurately described.

Really enjoyed our stay. The price and value matches the home. It may be a little dated but it’s clean, inviting, and fairly priced. We were in the area for some SXS riding and the location allowed us to stage at different trailheads throughout the Windrock park each day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the property. Also, TONS of parking. We had 4 full size vehicles, 3 trailers, and 3 SXS’s. Very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Caryville. It was a terrific fit for budget, space, and convenience!

We had an amazing early Thanksgiving stay with a group of 20 family members! The place was incredibly spacious, with plenty of lounging and seating areas to accommodate everyone comfortably. The two ovens were a huge plus for preparing our holiday meal, making cooking a breeze. We had everything we needed for a perfect gathering, and we highly recommend this property. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our second time staying there while visiting Brushy Mountain. A great spot for big groups. Ample parking, multiple common spaces and lots of sleeping space options. Kitchen has everything you need to make your meals, if so inclined. Always responsive to messages.

This home is beautiful! The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked and ate meals in and enjoyed the proximity to downtown, the UT campus and the Stables at Strawberry Creek. The location allowed us to really maximize time. Elizabeth and Alex were very responsive and made our stay so easy. We felt right at home!! 100% recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we were in Knoxville for a quick weekend trip. The house was immaculate. My family and I agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at, and wish there was one like it in every city 😅 It was surprisingly convenient for getting to downtown and other areas of Knoxville as well. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending it to others.

The house was amazing and the view was outstanding. Paula was a great host who was easy to communicate with and she answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The house is very spacious and clean with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.

This house was a perfect fit for our needs. Plenty of space, plenty of beds and very clean!! And Wesley was wonderful and caring to work with us to reschedule from Oct to Mar because of the flood! The only complaint is our time was too short!

Very nice place for a family of 5 to stay for the weekend... easy parking out back, walk way around the side of the house to get to the front door... just the right amount of pans, pots and dishs to cook there... and there is no lack of pillows at this place! Very comfortable place!

Great place to stay for a large group. My family of 10 loved our stay! Clean, didn’t really experience any of the homeless people, spacious and cozy. Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at Pamela's place. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the privacy and outdoor views, including deer and turkeys. My husband and I slept very well; the beds, couch, and all the extra pillows and blankets were great, as well as all the extra touches and amenities that Pamela supplied. Her communication and immediate response is also much appreciated. We would def stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The host, William, went out of his way to help us get settled and gave us help with parking trailers off site. Willaim answered his phone and was very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this site and host to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Willaim.

So serene and peaceful. Inside was decorated very cute! Several thoughtful amenities! All instructions were clear and either posted on the listing or on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

When we arrived the place was just as described. Clean, peaceful, great yard. Issues with the internet and we notifed them and they were quick to respond and they quickly moved us to another house next door. This house was also beautiful and clean. They recommended the local restaurant at the end of the road and B&B market is definitely somewhere you want to eat!! Food was delicious! Both houses were very well maintained. James and Megan were wonderful to deal with, very nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying with them and will stay again next time we come to ride. Numerous riding trails within a few miles. Not very far from town. The 2 houses we stayed in were at the end of the road with lots of room to park 2 extended cab trucks with trailers. If your wanting to ride at Tackett Creek or Royal Blue, you need to check these places out. Offthetracks 2 and 3 are both well worth the stay!!! Highly recommend!!! And if you have a big group, these 2 are right next door!

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

The Sunshine house definitely brightened our stay! The decor plus the VERY clean and tidy house was perfect! The massage chair was an added bonus after a long day of meetings. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bathrooms had lots of space. He was very accommodating with a late checkout! That extra time helped me to get to my meeting in a timely manner plus be packed and ready for the return trip to Memphis. I would book this house over and over again!!

Gorgeous, beautifully maintained home with incredible lake view, super clean, fun game room for kids, comfy beds, stocked kitchen essentials, and very responsive owners! We can’t wait to come back!
