Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!
