Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

L’appartamento si trova nel centro storico di Monticchiello, paese piccolo e tranquillo, ottima base per poter girare la Val d’Orcia. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in ordine, pulito e accessoriato e dotato di ogni comfort per poter passare un piacevole weekend in Val d’Orcia. L’host é stato accogliente, disponibile e gentile e la comunicazione é sempre stata facile e veloce. Consiglio di soggiornare presso questo appartamento!

Andrea ci ha accolti già dal parcheggio ed accompagnati fino all'alloggio ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene sia alloggio e come muoverci a Città di Castello ottima posizione per chi vuole muoversi nella parte settentrionale dell'Umbria ed anche per riviera romagnola

I went to Val d'Orcia by car, and google maps took me right into Daniela's place no problem. Upon arrival, we were cheerfully greeted by their two friendly dogs, that barked our arrival to a friendly and receptive older lady who showed us where to park the car and proceeded to show us our place. The place is on the ground floor of the property and has no direct connection with the rest of the house where the hosts live. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and an open space style kitchen-living room. It is just a five-minutes drive to the historic centre of San Quirico d'Orcia, where you will find a market (Coop) and other places to eat. Bear in mind that these places close during the afternoon. It is extremely straightforward to go to Pienza and Montepulciano from there by car. The location is beautiful and fairly easy to access by car. There are some narrow roads leading to the property but nothing to worry about. Overall the stay was excellent and I would recommend Il Colombaio.

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato in pieno centro storico con accesso agli ascensori cittadini vicinissimo. Pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti, della cucina, delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Stanze ampie e doppio bagno utilissimo. Cucina molto attrezzata. Zona tranquilla e con vicini numerosi negozi e posti da visitare. Carla super gentile, disponibile e reattiva. Ci è venuta a prendere al parcheggio gratuito e ci ha portato fino all’appartamento e al ritorno ci ha riportati al parcheggio. Non potevamo trovarci meglio e chiedere di più. Lo consigliamo assolutamente e appena possibile ritorneremo!

Host Flávio gentilissimo e disponibile. Agriturismo pulito, bellissimo e immerso nel verde. Ci torneremo perché è un’oasi di verde, tutto estremamente pulito e ben curato. L’estate deve essere un posto bellissimo, ci torneremo per provare anche la piscina. A presto.

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

La casa es tranquila, acogedora, cocina muy equipada, entorno natural en el campo, espacio exterior donde estar con niños, y la anfitriona Tiziana muy amable y detallista. Un par de días deliciosos.

Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und die Terrasse sind traumhaft. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Ort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein extrem gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan und auch die Kommunikation mit Caleb war einfach, er hat sich direkt gekümmert wenn es ein Problem gab.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! Grazie della bellissima esperienza 💕

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Laura e’ una persona molto disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha indicato tutti i posti migliori da visitare durante il soggiorno oltre ad orari e interessi. Appartamento situato in posizione ottima e pulito, proprio come essere a casa. Sicuramente torneremo e nell’occasione ringrazio.

What a hidden gem! It is exactly what you think of when it comes to an authentic Italian household! The pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible! Every morning we were treated to a cloud inversion over the valley, it was jaw droppingly good! The food in the restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced also! The family are super friendly and would always greet us and go out of their way to have a conversation which made us feel really welcomed! The farm just down by the pool area is such a nice touch and the local dog Franchi is such a good boy too 😃 We would have loved to do the day trip with the family but we didn't have enough time as we were only there for 2 nigjt! We highly recommend staying here and would 100% go back in a heart beat!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
